Refund Policy

1. General Policy

Sandipkumar Baariya Foundation is committed to supporting meaningful social development through education, healthcare awareness, livelihood enhancement, skill development, and community-focused initiatives. All donations made to the Foundation are voluntary contributions intended to support its programmes, campaigns, and social initiatives.

2. Exceptions for Refunds

  • Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

    • Duplicate Transaction: If a donor has accidentally made more than one payment for the same donation.
    • Incorrect Amount: If an incorrect donation amount was entered or processed due to an error.
    • Unauthorised Transaction: If a payment was made without the donor’s consent, subject to transaction verification and review.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the donor must send an email to: info@sandipkumarbaariya.org

The refund request should include:

  • Full Name
  • Contact Details
  • Transaction ID
  • Date of Donation
  • Amount Donated
  • Reason for the Refund Request

Providing complete and accurate transaction information will help the Foundation review the request efficiently.

4. Approval & Processing

All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

The approved refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used while making the donation.

5. Payment Gateway Charges

Any applicable payment gateway charges, transaction fees, or processing charges may be deducted from the refundable amount, wherever applicable.

Sandipkumar Baariya Foundation will not be responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, payment gateways, or other financial service providers.

6. Changes to the Policy

Sandipkumar Baariya Foundation reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy when required. Any changes will become effective once the revised policy is published on the website.
